Buxin Master Plan
The Buxin Masterplan is an international competition-winning scheme designed to reshape one of Shenzhen’s key districts. Celebrated for its avant-garde approach to human-scale high-rise development, the project introduces a visionary “horizontal city” a network of bridges, platforms, and podiums hosting key communal anchors and social spaces.
This horizontal city provides a human-centric experience, seamlessly connecting to surrounding neighborhoods while forming the foundation for the 16 high-rise towers across the site. Thoughtfully designed connections ensure fluid mobility and seamless interaction between the horizontal city and vertical towers, making it effortless for residents, office workers, and visitors to navigate the development.
